2nd YEAR WORK

The following is work from my second year of study at the University of Salford the first set are images of work are when I was asked to design a transportable bar for Moorhouse Brewery. The concept involved lots of seperate pieces that could be easily and quickly assembled on site.

These are the initial sketches I produced I based the layout style on Carl Lui.

After a meeting with Moorhouse it quickly became apparent they wanted a bar that would create an atmosphere so these where the ideas I produced.

Here are some photoshoped sketches of certain components of the bar.

The final design - this is three seperate bars that slotted together to create the huge module you can see.

This image was used to demonstrate the fact that the bar could be used by any company.

The second set of images are images of work I did with Texecom. It was a product that would be used as an alarm system. The pebble acted as the key to deactivate and reactivate the alarm and the pond was used as a reciever.

Initial sketches of what I thought the alarm system could look like.

I photoshoped some of my favoraite initial sketches.

Again here is some initial sketch work.

Above is some concept development sketch work.

Above is the Solidworks image of the Pond. The reeds would change colour depening on if the alarm is armed or not.
